PHRF Cert Rumor

So the rumor is that our PHRF Cert will be mailed on April 1st. um... APRIL 1ST! can you immagine the jokes that will insue if your Cert was issued on April Fool's Day?

I already have a few jokes, but I will save them as excuses when we fail to sail to our new rating.
